• 1000 QAR deposit insurance should be paid by cash during check in, refunded after check out if there was no damage in the villa

• Pool Rules :
  - Wear appropriate swimwear in the pool 
  - Children wearing diapers must wear swim trunks or swim diapers when entering the pool 
  - No glassware is allowed in or around the pool 
  - Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult 
  - Running around the pool is not permitted 
• In case of emergency, please call 999 
• Pool Specifications :
  - Pool Area: 32 square meters 
  - Pool Depth: 0.80 to 1.50 meters 
  - Pool Capacity: 36.80 cubic meters 
• The use of confetti cannons is strictly prohibited
• If you cancel your reservation, you can only reschedule it one week or more in advance and select another date within the year
• Loudspeakers are not allowed, and the volume should not be raised to avoid disturbing neighboring villas 
• The renter is fully responsible for the pool and any incidents that may occur within the villa, such as drowning or injuries 
• The management is not responsible for any lost or missing belongings within the villa
• In the event that the departure procedures are not completed within the specified timeframe
• Due to time constraints and contractual obligations with other companies, staff will be permitted entry without waiting for the client to complete the departure procedures
