This will be fully returned at check-out, as long as there are no damages, missing items, or excessive mess in the apartment.

- Please bring your own cookware, utensils, and BBQ supplies.
• No restriction on villa usage as long as house policies are followed.
• Maximum of 5-25 guests are allowed for the apartment.
• Indoor music is allowed until 12:00 AM only
• For long-term stays, housekeeping is available upon request during working hours.
• Maintenance support is provided based on team availability.
• No refunds are allowed under any circumstances.
