•All participants must follow safety instructions provided by the guide or instructor
•Some activities may not be suitable for pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, or those with limited mobility.
•Participants engage in activities at their own risk. The company is not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during the activity.
•Guests are expected to respect the natural environment and wildlife during all activities.
•Littering or damage to protected areas may result in fines or expulsion from the activity.
•The operator reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any activity due to safety concerns, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
•Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
•No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the activity or in the case of no-shows.
•In case of adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., government restrictions), activities may be rescheduled or refunded at the discretion of the operator.
