This villa is great for families and friends. It has 4 bedrooms, a spacious living room, billiards table, and plenty of space to relax. Outside, enjoy two pools one with kids slides and another for adults, plus an open majlis to sit and talk. There’s also a BBQ or campfire area and a small playground for the kids. A calm place to gather, unwind, and enjoy time together.

1–3 small pets are allowed; however, any damages to the villa will be deducted from the security deposit.
Please prepare QAR 1,000 cash as a security deposit upon check-in.
This will be fully returned at check-out, as long as there are no damages, missing items, or excessive mess in the villa/apartment.
- Towels are provided for 3–5 guests only. Kindly bring extra towels if your group is larger.
- Shampoo and body soap are provided in the villa.
- Please bring your own cookware, utensils, and BBQ supplies.
• No restriction on villa usage as long as house policies are followed.
• Maximum of 35 guests allowed for this rate in the Villa
• Outdoor music is allowed until 12:00 AM only.
• For long-term stays, housekeeping is available upon request during working hours.
• Maintenance support is provided based on team availability.
