1–3 small pets are allowed; however, any damages to the villa will be deducted from the security deposit.

Please prepare QAR 1,000 cash as a security deposit upon check-in.
This will be fully returned at check-out, as long as there are no damages, missing items, or excessive mess in the villa/apartment.

- Towels are provided for 3–5 guests only. Kindly bring extra towels if your group is larger.
- Shampoo and body soap are provided in the villa.
- Please bring your own cookware, utensils, and BBQ supplies.
• No restriction on villa usage as long as house policies are followed.
• Maximum of 35 guests allowed for this rate in the Villa
• Outdoor music is allowed until 12:00 AM only.
• For long-term stays, housekeeping is available upon request during working hours.
• Maintenance support is provided based on team availability.
• No refunds are allowed under any circumstances.
